Lacey Hayes

Lacey is a dynamic force in the music and live events industry, bringing passion, creativity, and expertise to every project she undertakes. A graduate of Southeast Missouri State University with a BFA in Musical Theatre, she began her journey at Belmont University as a Music Business major before transferring to pursue her degree.

Upon graduation, Lacey's career took off as Logistics Manager for Gilley’s Dallas in Dallas, TX, where she honed her organizational and leadership skills. Two years later, she moved to New York City to work with the Emmy Award-winning live event production company, RWS and Associates. There, she produced extraordinary events for high-profile clients, including Jennifer Lopez, as well as theme parks, cruise ships, and special events across the country. After four transformative years in NYC, Lacey returned to Nashville to immerse herself in the music industry, joining Neste Live as Executive Assistant to the President.

Currently serving as an Agent for Romeo, Lacey's professional achievements speak volumes. She was honored as the 2024 IEBA Fair Buyer of the Year, serves on the ACM Level Up Cohort, and is a proud alumna of SOLID. Her diverse experience and dedication to excellence continue to elevate her role in shaping the live music and entertainment landscape.
