Alex Hargiss

Alex Hargiss is a passionate professional with a diverse background in the music and entertainment industry. Her early years took her to many places including California, Tennessee, Maryland, and Florida, with the majority of her upbringing in Hollywood, FL.

 

In 2019, Alex began her academic journey at Florida Atlantic University, majoring in Film & Entertainment. Following the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic she was inspired  to seek a fresh start. Driven by her passion for music, quickly identified Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) for its renowned program and in the fall of 2020, relocated to Tennessee and pursued a degree in Music Business with a minor in Entrepreneurship, earning that degree three years later.

 

During her time at MTSU, Alex actively engaged in the industry, volunteering with the International Entertainment Buyers Association (IEBA), interning with the marketing and sales team at Average Joes Entertainment, and assisting the Director of Communications at the CMT’s "The Judds: Love is Alive - The Final Concert" filming in Murfreesboro, TN. 

 

After completing her degree, Alex traveled for several months before returning to Tennessee to embark on her professional career. She interned at Romeo Entertainment Group, where her dedication and skills led to a full-time position in January 2024.

 

In addition to her professional pursuits, Alex enjoys playing guitar, mountain biking, and engaging in outdoor activities. Her diverse experiences and unwavering passion for the music industry make her a valuable asset in her current role.
