Jason G. Zinser

Jason Zinser is Vice President of Strategic Operations and Communications at Romeo Entertainment Group (REG), where he helps lead company‑wide operations, strategic initiatives, and communications across REG’s national live‑entertainment platform. With over 15 years of experience in the music industry, Jason brings deep expertise in leadership, organizational psychology, change management, technology integration, and operational design to help scale systems, teams, and partnerships.

 

In addition to his role at REG, Jason has served as a board member for SOLID and Young TEDxNashville and remains heavily involved in the Nashville creative and business community. He is a featured and plenary speaker for organizations including Creative Mornings, NAFM, and SEFA, and regularly presents on topics ranging from consumer psychology and behaviors to the responsible integration of emerging technology into existing business ecosystems.  Known for his positive attitude, data‑driven approach and collaborative leadership style, Jason helps to position REG for sustainable growth while maintaining operational discipline and creative flexibility.
