Adriana (Dri) Valadez

Adriana "Dri" Valadez embarked on her journey in the music industry in 2013 when she started as an intern at Fan Clubhouse in Nashville. Valadez later continued her internship journey by joining the radio promotions department at iHeart Radio's Music Row office. In the fall of 2015, she took on an internship at deciBel Nashville, working alongside music producer Dave Brainard. During this time, Dri expanded her horizons by interning for Brian Crews at Crewser Entertainment, gaining valuable hands-on experience in artist management. Her time at these internships exposed her to various facets of the music industry while she simultaneously pursued her education at Belmont University. After graduating with her Music Business degree in 2016, Dri transitioned from intern to employee at Crewser Entertainment. During her six years at Crewser, she took on various titles such as assistant, social media and marketing manager, tour manager, and day-to-day management for Ray Scott, Crawford & Power, Maggie Baugh, and Keith Anderson. In October of 2021, Dri joined Romeo Entertainment as an event coordinator. In this role, she collaborates with several Talent Buyers within the organization, travels throughout the year to provide on-site support for shows across the country, and undertakes various additional responsibilities. Dri says her favorite aspect of working at REG is helping curate a successful show for the clients, creating memories for both the artists and their fans, and the opportunity to work with various artists and their teams.
