Event Coordinator. Primdahl’s extensive background in operations and management promises to elevate every event to unparalleled heights. With a wealth of experience under her belt, she has honed her skills while working with esteemed organizations such as the Washington Redskins and Washington Nationals, where she played a vital role within the operations teams.

 

Notably, Primdahl also served as House Manager at the prestigious Ryman Auditorium, where she led the front-of-house staff and orchestrated the seamless execution of over 250 concerts and special events. Her outstanding work included some of the biggest names in the music industry, including artists like Bono, Garth Brooks, Taylor Swift, Kid Rock, Jason Isbell, One Republic, and Billy Strings, to name just a few.

 

Erika's passion for the music business led her to pursue a master's degree in music business from the renowned Berklee College of Music, solidifying her expertise in the field. Beyond her academic achievements, she remains deeply committed to supporting the industry's well-being through her active involvement in Music Health Alliance and Helping Our Music Evolve (HOME).

 

Erika's dedication to professional growth and networking is evident in her memberships in prominent organizations such as the International Entertainment Buyers Association (IEBA), International Association of Venue Managers (IAVM), and Women In Music (WIM) - Nashville chapter.
